The Bede Object Data System is a windows DLL that is able to store user defined data, both in 
memory and as generic format data files. The data may be stored in either binary or textual 
forms.
It may be called from any language by use of the supplied kernel function (there is only one
function that need be converted to your native language format). The actions being determined
by parameters passed to the function.
